Form 17: Used for licensing petroleum refineries, blending plants, or storage under special conditions; issued by PESO.
Form 14: Applied for large-scale or bulk petroleum storage installations exceeding specified limits; issued by PESO.
Form 18: Grants permission for temporary storage or transit of petroleum during construction, shutdown, or short-term needs; issued by PESO.
